If your selected size is in stock, your order will be dispatched on the next business day. If temporarily unavailable, it will be individually made by our atelier team, with a production time of up to 7 business days.

Returns
Standard sizes may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided the garment is returned in its original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.

Czas realizacji zależy od obecnego stanu dostępności, przy produktach w miejscu rozmiaru znajdują się kolorystyczne oznaczenia wraz z informacją o czasie przygotowania danej rzeczy do wysyłki. Czas na zwrot oraz wymianę, to 14 dni. Zamówienie należy odesłać z wypełnionym formularzem zwrotu na adres firmy. Nie przyjmujemy zwrotów nadanych do paczkomaty. Chętnie doradzimy w wymianie na odpowiedni rozmiar.
Tak, istnieje możliwość wykonania danej rzeczy bezpośrednio na wymiar klientki. Wystarczy się z nami skontaktować. Zalecamy najpierw zamówienie regularnego rozmiaru aby ocenić czy ubiór będzie spełniać indywidualne wymagania.
Przy wyborze danego rozmiaru należy sugerować się tabelą rozmiarów do której link znajduje się przy każdym produkcie. Jeżeli wymiary ciała są pomiędzy dwoma rozmiarami zachęcamy do kontaktu z nami. Chętnie pomożemy w wyborze.
Modele z kolekcji Orchidea i Catrice są wykonane z wiskozowej koronki z małą domieszką poliestru. Modele Orchidea są wykonane z mięsistej gipiury, natomiast modele Catrice są wykonane z miękkiej gipiurowej koronki z elementami 3D.
Nasze garnitury, oraz produkty z gładkich tkanin są wykonane z tkaniny wiskozowej z domieszką poliestru. Jeżeli podoba Ci się dany model ale chciałabyś aby był wykonany ze szlachetnej tkaniny takiej jak wełna/ jedwab napisz do nas zapytanie, najprawdopodobniej będzie to możliwe.
W Atelier używamy satyn wiskozowi-poliestrowych o dwóch gramaturach, miękkich w dotyku i stosunkowo mało gniotących się.
Tak, posiadamy kameralny showroom przy naszej pracowni krawieckiej. Nie jest to tradycyjny sklep stacjonarny. Skontaktuj się z nami, aby zapytać o dany model ubrania, oraz możliwy termin umówienia spotkania.
