ORDERS & DELIVERY
Placing an order
Select your item, add it to cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your details, choose delivery and payment method, and complete your purchase securely online.
If you have a discount code, please enter it at checkout — the discount will be applied automatically.
Discount codes cannot be combined, have a limited validity period, and may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
Shipping
We deliver worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout. For custom destinations, please contact us.
Processing time
In-stock items are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
If an item is not currently available, the production and dispatch time may extend to 7–10 business days.
For time-sensitive orders, we recommend contacting us prior to purchase to confirm availability and estimated shipping time.
Made-to-measure pieces require extended production time.
Estimated delivery
Europe: 1–3 business days
UK: 1–4 business days
USA & Australia: 2–4 business days
Please note: the above delivery times refer to the courier transit time after the order has been dispatched. They do not represent the total time from placing the order to delivery. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not covered by our company.
PAYMENT
Secure online payment is required at checkout.
We do not offer cash on delivery.
PRODUCTS

Selected designs may be available as made-to-measure.
RETURNS
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in perfect condition, with all original tags and packaging attached.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Made-to-measure and personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
For orders outside the European Union, the return must be shipped using the same carrier due to customs procedures for returning goods.

The customer is responsible for the return shipment until it reaches our facility. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.
Return address will be provided upon approval of the return request.
If a package is refused or not collected, return shipping costs and any additional fees may be deducted from the refund.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, including photos of the package and product.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 14 business days after approval of the return.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are available only for a different size or color (subject to availability).
We do not offer exchanges for different designs.
