SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We offer worldwide shipping via DHL Express, DPD and InPost (for domestic deliveries within Poland).

Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or APO addresses.

Order Processing Time

Each Atelier Angelika Józefczyk piece is created with exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship.

  • If the selected item and size are available in stock, your order will be dispatched within 1–2 business days.
  • If an item is temporarily unavailable but remains available for purchase on our website, it will be individually crafted by our atelier team. In such cases, the production and dispatch time may take up to 10 business days.

If you require your order for a specific occasion or date, please contact our Customer Care Team prior to placing your order at sales@angelikajozefczyk.com to confirm the current lead time.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

  • DPD: approximately 2–4 business days
  • DHL Express: approximately 1–2 business days

United Kingdom, United States, Canada, United Arab Emirates, Asia, Africa and Australia

  • DHL Express: approximately 2–3 business days

Our courier partners deliver from Monday to Friday during standard business hours. Deliveries to remote or rural areas may require additional transit time.

Please note that Atelier Angelika Józefczyk cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including customs clearance procedures, adverse weather conditions, transportation disruptions or other force majeure events.


TAXES & DUTIES

European Union

Orders shipped within the European Union are not subject to additional customs duties or import taxes.

Proof of purchase is automatically provided to the customer electronically.

Countries Outside the European Union

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs.

All international shipments outside the European Union are accompanied by the required customs documentation and commercial invoice declaring the value of the merchandise.


REFUSED DELIVERY

If an order is refused upon delivery, the customer will be responsible for any shipping charges, return shipping costs, customs duties and taxes incurred.

These charges will be deducted from the final refund amount.

We kindly ask customers to review their orders carefully before shipment.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you would like to return or exchange your order, please contact our Customer Care Team at:

Please include "Return" together with your order number in the email subject line.

Return Conditions

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • All returns require prior authorization from our Customer Care Team.
  • Returns sent without prior contact and authorization may not be accepted.

Upon approval, we will provide detailed return instructions and, if requested, a prepaid return label. The cost of the label will be deducted from the refund amount unless the item is faulty.

All return labels and documents must be printed prior to shipping.

A completed return form must be enclosed inside the parcel. Returns without a completed return form may not be accepted.

Returned Items Must:

  • be unworn, unused and in perfect condition;
  • include all original tags and security labels attached;
  • be returned in the original packaging provided;
  • include any branded packaging, garment bags or accessories delivered with the order.

Items that are damaged, soiled, altered, worn, washed or returned without original labels may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • made-to-order garments;
  • personalized or customized products;
  • items altered at the customer's request.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date the returned item has been received and accepted by our Quality Control Team.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges, subject to product availability.

Our team will verify availability and assist you with the exchange process.


FAULTY GOODS

If you believe that you have received a faulty item, please contact our Customer Care Team within 14 days of receiving your order at:

Please include:

  • your order number,
  • a detailed description of the issue,
  • clear photographs showing the defect.

Once the fault has been confirmed, we will arrange a return, replacement or refund at no additional cost.

If the item has been in your possession for more than 14 days, we will review the matter individually.

Please note that we are unable to offer a repair, replacement or refund for items that have been owned for longer than 6 months.

Damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper use or failure to follow care instructions will not be considered a manufacturing fault.
