Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please include “Return” and your order number in the subject line.


RETURNS POLICY

You may return your order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For orders delivered outside the European Union, returns must be sent back using the same courier service that was used for the original shipment.
This requirement is due to customs procedures for returning goods. Returns sent via a different carrier may be delayed, incur additional charges, or be refused.

How to return your order

  • Please contact us before returning your order to receive instructions and documents
  • All returns require printed labels and documents
  • You must include the completed return form inside the package
  • Please also include the invoice received with your order

Returns without a completed return form and required documents may not be accepted.

Conditions of return

All items must be returned:

  • unworn, unused, and in perfect condition
  • with all original tags and packaging
  • including any branded elements (e.g. dust bags, boxes)

Items that are damaged, soiled, worn, or returned without original labels may be refused and sent back to the customer.

Made-to-measure and personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

The customer is responsible for the return shipment until it reaches our facility. We recommend using a tracked and insured service.

If a package is refused or not collected, return shipping costs and any additional fees may be deducted from the refund.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our policy or at our sole discretion.


Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after the return has been received and approved.


EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges only for a different size or color, subject to availability.

We will confirm availability before proceeding.

We do not offer exchanges for different designs.


FAULTY ITEMS

If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at:
sales@angelikajozefczyk.com

Please include:

  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos of the product and packaging

We will arrange a return, replacement, or refund at our expense.

If the item has been used or reported after an extended period, we will review the case individually.

Please note:

  • items damaged due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidents will not be considered faulty
  • we are unable to offer a repair, replacement, or refund for items owned longer than 6 months

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information.

Please note that product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting conditions.

We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time.
