Shipping policy


We offer free worldwide express shipping and returns through DHL Express, and DPD, InPost (domestic deliveries). We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.

 Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours. Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times. Angelika Józefczyk cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by any circumstances beyond the control of Angelika Józefczyk.


Remember that if the destination country of delivery is outside the European Union, an additional customs duty may be added, which we do not cover. We are working on simplifying the purchasing process, but currently additional fees are on the customer's side. 

Shipments destined for countries inside the European Union do not contain an invoice or any other documentation declaring the value of the merchandise for customs purposes. The proof of purchase is provided automatically to the customer.

The UK, The US, Canada, United Arab Emirates, Australia, Asia, other non mentioned areas.

All shipments destined for countries outside the European Union, could be required by Customs regulations, are accompanied by an invoice declaring the vale of the merchandise. 



If an order is refused at delivery you will not be refunded shipping costs and any duties and taxes incurred. We strongly urge you to review your order prior to shipment.

  • The item(s) in your order can be returned for a refund, hassle free

  • You must request a return within 14 days of delivery for a FULL REFUND. Please note any original delivery costs will not be refunded.

  • Please note that all returns will require label(s) and documents to be printed prior to posting; you will need access to a printer

  • Please add all documents which has been added to your order box. The fulfilled return form is necessary to be added to return. 
  • The return courier labels should be included to your order box, but if they are not inside please contact us to receive your return labels.
  • We do not refund original shipping charges.


Please read our returns policy carefully to ensure your request can be processed as quickly as possible:

  • You must request a return within 14 days of delivery for a FULL REFUND. Please note any original delivery costs will not be refunded.

  • The cost of return shipping is cover by the customer.

    Please contact to receive a pre-paid return label. Put the invoice (the one you received with your order) inside the package and return your parcel to a drop-off point.

  • All returns will require the label(s) and documents to be printed prior to posting ( we will send you all documents needed).

  • Before return the order please contact us:

  • You will need to include your returns form inside the package when you return it to us. Any returns without a returns form will not be accepted.

  • All items must be sent in the original packaging provided. Where provided, any branded packaging such as dust bags, jewelry boxes, and clothing tags should be included in your return.

  • The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition with protections label attached. Any returns that are damaged, soiled, or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

  • You cannot return items that have been made to order or personalized for you.

  • You will receive a refund within 14 working days after your return is confirmed.

  • We are able to offer exchanges.

  • If the item is faulty when you receive it, please inform our Customer Service team within 14 days from the date you received it, via email to Please include a photo and description of the fault.

  • We will arrange a return for a refund or replacement for you on our cost.

  • If you have had the item for over 14 days we will look into this for you.

  • Please note that we're unable to offer a repair, replacement or refund for items that you have owned longer than 6 months.

  • Items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.
