TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. GENERAL INFORMATION
These Terms & Conditions define the rules for using the Online Store available at:

3. DEFINITIONS
- User – any entity using the Online Store
- Buyer – a User who places an order
- Consumer – a natural person acting outside business activity
- Product – goods available in the Online Store
- Sales Contract – agreement concluded between Buyer and Seller
- Online Store – the website where Products are sold
- Price – gross price including VAT
- Regulations – these Terms & Conditions
4. ORDERS
Orders may be placed 24/7 via the Online Store.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase a Product.
A Sales Contract is concluded upon order confirmation sent by the Seller via email.
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
The Seller reserves the right to:
- cancel orders due to unavailability
- cancel orders suspected of fraud
- request additional verification before processing
Orders may be modified or cancelled only before dispatch.
5. PRICES & PAYMENT
All prices include VAT.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are borne by the customer.
Available payment methods:
- secure online payment (card / online banking)
Cash on delivery is not available.
6. DELIVERY
Orders are delivered to the address provided by the Buyer.
Processing time:
- in-stock items: 1–2 business days
- non-stock items: 7–10 business days
Made-to-measure items require extended production time.
Estimated delivery (courier transit):
- Europe: 1–3 business days
- UK: 1–4 business days
- USA & Australia: 2–4 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
The total delivery time includes processing and courier transit.
The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
The Seller is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information.
The risk of loss or damage passes to the Buyer upon delivery.
The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs clearance.
For orders outside the EU, customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the Buyer.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CONSUMERS)
Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of delivery.
This does not apply to:
- made-to-measure items
- personalized products
8. RETURNS
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
For orders outside the EU, the return must be dispatched within 14 days (handed to the courier). Delays may result in refusal.
Conditions:
- unworn, unused, perfect condition
- original packaging and tags
- completed return form included
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Returns outside the EU must be sent via the same courier due to customs procedures.
We may provide a prepaid return label upon request.
The customer is responsible for the return until delivery.
Returns may be refused at the Seller’s discretion.
9. REFUNDS
Refunds are issued within 14 business days to the original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Additional costs (customs, return fees) may be deducted.
10. EXCHANGES
Exchanges are available for:
- size
- color
subject to availability.
11. COMPLAINTS (DEFECTS)
Defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
The Seller may repair, replace, or refund.
Normal wear or misuse is not considered a defect.
12. LIABILITY
The Seller is liable in accordance with applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the value of the purchased Product.
13. PERSONAL DATA
Processed in accordance with GDPR.
14. COOKIES
The Store uses cookies to improve functionality.
15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content belongs to Angelika Józefczyk.
16. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Product colors may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings.
17. FINAL PROVISIONS
Polish law applies.
Disputes are subject to Polish courts.
The Seller may update these Terms at any time.
The Seller is not liable for force majeure events.
