AJ Privé – Private Client Circle Terms & Conditions

1. Organizer

AJ Privé – Private Client Circle is a client program operated by OTTHIE sp. z o.o., NIP 7312087664, registered office: Drewnowska 9, 95-200 Pabianice, Poland, REGON: 529190442, KRS: 0001117291. OTTHIE sp. z o.o. is the owner of the Angelika Józefczyk brand. The program was created to celebrate clients who create their story together with our Atelier.


2. Effective date and duration of the program

The AJ Privé – Private Client Circle program is effective from 1 July 2026. The program is operated for an indefinite period. Atelier Angelika Józefczyk reserves the right to develop, update or end the program while informing participants about significant changes.


3. AJ Privé Membership

Participation in AJ Privé is free and voluntary. Member, Signature or Private Client status may be granted based on purchase history and the client’s relationship with the Atelier. Status is assigned after completed orders and after the return period has expired. Invitations are sent by email.


4. Privileges

AJ Privé members may receive selected privileges including early access to collections, individual offers, dedicated discount codes, gifts, invitations and additional Atelier care. Privileges cannot be exchanged for cash.




5. Orders, returns and exchanges

Customers have the right to return standard products within 14 days of receiving the order. Products must be returned unused, undamaged, with original tags and packaging. A return label may be prepared by the Atelier upon request via InPost or DPD. The return shipping cost will be deducted from the final refund amount. Exchanges are possible depending on product availability.


6. Personalized products

Upon request, the Atelier may prepare an individually adjusted or personalized product. Products created according to individual customer specifications are not eligible for return according to personalization rules available on www.angelikajozefczyk.com.


7. Status update

If a returned order affected the AJ Privé status, the Atelier may verify and update the membership level.


8. Complaints regarding AJ Privé

Questions or complaints regarding AJ Privé may be submitted to Customer Care and will be reviewed individually within 14 days.


9. Program changes

Atelier Angelika Józefczyk may develop and update AJ Privé rules. Current information is available on the brand website.




10. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)

The administrator of personal data is OTTHIE sp. z o.o. Data is processed according to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Data provided voluntarily during purchases, account creation or contact with the Atelier may be used to operate AJ Privé, assign membership levels and provide personalized customer service. Customer data is not sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. Trusted service providers may access data only when necessary and according to GDPR.


11. AJ Privé Membership Levels


A. AJ PRIVÉ MEMBER

Member status is granted to clients who have started their story with Atelier Angelika Józefczyk and returned for another creation.

Requirement:
Minimum of 2 completed orders or a total purchase value of 2,500 PLN / 600 EUR (after deducted returns).

Privileges:

  • Access to AJ Privé

  • Individual virtual Member card

  • Private permanent AJ Privé 10% discount code

  • Early access to selected limited collections

  • Birthday surprise

  • Exclusive AJ Privé communication

 

 

B. AJ PRIVÉ SIGNATURE

Signature status is granted to clients who regularly choose Angelika Józefczyk designs and build their personal Atelier collection.

Requirement:
Minimum of 3 completed orders or a total purchase value of 7,500 PLN / 1,800 EUR (after deducted returns).

Privileges:

  • Individual virtual Signature card

  • Private permanent AJ Privé 15% discount code

  • Birthday surprise

  • Early access to limited collections

  • Individual size and styling support

  • Personal consultation with Brand Designer Angelika Józefczyk online or locally in Poland

  • Priority access to products with limited availability

  • Invitations to selected Atelier events

  • Special reduced delivery cost code

 

 

C. AJ PRIVÉ PRIVATE CLIENT

The highest level of AJ Privé, created for clients with the closest connection to the brand.

Requirement:
Total purchase value from 15,000 PLN / 3,500 EUR or individual invitation from Atelier Angelika Józefczyk (after deducted returns).

Privileges:

  • Highest level of private privileges

  • Individual virtual Private Client card

  • Private permanent AJ Privé 20% discount code

  • Birthday surprise

  • Personal Atelier care, including individual garment adjustments to body shape and height

  • Priority for individual orders

  • Early access to collections before official launch

  • Access to limited creations

  • Personal consultation with Brand Designer Angelika Józefczyk

  • Invitations to selected Atelier events

  • Special reduced delivery cost code
